Lauren Crawford

Lauren joined NRT Behavioral Health after more than three years in Admissions and Community Outreach within the behavioral health field, bringing a strong foundation in supporting individuals and families through critical moments. Originally from South Louisiana, she relocated to Colorado at 16 following Hurricane Katrina—an experience that profoundly shaped her perspective and strengthened her belief in the importance of seeking help and prioritizing mental health. With more than a decade of experience building meaningful relationships and two years leading teams focused on substance use and mental health treatment, Lauren brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to her work.

After a long and challenging journey, Lauren found sobriety in 2021 and has since dedicated herself to helping others navigate recovery and healing. Coming from a family impacted by addiction, she understands firsthand the complexities of treatment, recovery, and family dynamics. Lauren leads with empathy, kindness, and authenticity, believing it is a privilege to support individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. She firmly believes that asking for help is often the hardest step someone can take and remains deeply grateful to be on the other end of that call.
